  • HOW CAN I PAY? - You can pay with any of the methods listed you can also use PayPal to shop with us. We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Payments. All orders are 100% secure and processed via Shopify for your peace of mind, meaning your payment details are not stored.

  • CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS? - Once the order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot send to a different address.
  • CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO THE SIZE/COLOUR OF MY ORDER? - We are unable to change the item size/colour once the order has been dispatched, however we can change it after the item has been returned to us! If you contact us before dispatching, we will make the change if stock allows us to!

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? - Sometimes people change their minds, and that's okay! Please try to let us know within 24 hours, otherwise the order may be dispatched to you. You would then have to return the item in pristine condition for your refund.
  • YOU SAID YOU'VE DISPATCHED THE ORDER, BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?! - If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help. Before contacting us, please check the tracking link we sent to your email address to view up to date tracking information. Check with your neighbours. If you weren’t in then the courier may have left the parcel with one of your neighbours. Check in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as in a porch or garden shed, sometimes even a bin! If you still can’t find your parcel, please contact us on info@apollonia-studios.co quoting your order number.
